Refund Policy

The proprietorship is engaged in providing Business to Business (B2B) e-business support services (B2B Support) to global clientele.

This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. The company is engaged in providing B2B e-business services and do NOT involve physical movement of goods or shipping.

After providing services and generation of invoice and invoice is sent to the customer (via Email) for initiating payment. All payments are accepted after approval of invoice. If you are not 100% satisfied with services provided to you, within 45 days from the date of Payment/Purchase (date of initiating transfer by Wire/PayPal or the date of drawing the Check is considered as the date of purchase), we will fully refund the cost of your order.

For refund, please contact us at + 91- 44-3255 9671 and with the Invoice# and date of invoice and amount of invoice and refund amount claimed with the reasons for dissatisfaction of service availed. REFUND REQUEST WITHOUT VALID REASON FOR CLAIMING REFUND AND WITHOUT THE ABOVE PARTICULARS OF INVOICE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
